The Corporate Innovation Project
Our Mission
To leverage your innovation platforms fast, cost effectively, and accretively.
The Corporate Innovation Project will identify and transform innovations into cost-effective, accretive transactions for all its participants. We will harness innovation, mitigate risks, and ensure the cash velocities essential to success.
How We Get You There
We use the combined purchasing power of a global network of compatible companies—at several hundred billion dollars, larger than any private equity or venture capital fund—to attract innovators from the world over to cover the broadest base of your needs.
We let the VCs do what they do best—invest other people’s money—and let you do what you do best—manage commercial relationships.
Participants—up to six—will represent industries as diverse as consumer electronics, automotive, media, retailing, and telecommunications, and only one member from each will be invited.
We also give you the cash velocity tools without which no innovation is accretive.
How You Benefit
You get the leverage of hundreds of millions in venture investments without encumbering your balance sheet with risky, hard to manage and harder to justify assets.
Because CIP is New York-based, you will enjoy access to venture-backed companies and innovators from the world over.
Our Qualifications
We have over a decade of VC experience in the U.S. and E.U. We founded, built, and sold our own start up to McGraw-Hill. We authored the template for the largest root and branch corporate restructuring in history—$90 billion Panasonic.
