OUR COMPANY

For over three decades the principals of North River Ventures, Francis McInerney and Sean White, have built, invested in, and sold businesses worldwide on the simple philosophy that only those that get far enough ahead of the falling information cost curve to accelerate their cash velocities survive and prosper.  Those that do not fall by the wayside and die.

Their expertise is developing transformative revenue-based innovation platforms that get you ahead of the curve, move the speedometer, and accelerate your days to cash while doing so.

To make all your technology, service, and business model innovation accretive, they have developed a proprietary management system.  This allows them to bench test both their innovation platforms and your operations to ensure that together these will scale quickly and profitably.

Francis and Sean are partners in several venture capital companies and sold their first business to McGraw-Hill.  They have advised on the largest corporate restructuring ever undertaken, that of $90 billion in sales, for Panasonic. They have a written four books between them:  Beating Japan (Dutton 1993);  Total Quality Corporation (Dutton 1995);  FutureWealth (St. Martin’s 2000); and Panasonic (St. Martins 2007).
